It's way too cold out today.

This evening: Mostly cloudy...Windy and cold with occasional flurries. Northwest wind 25 to 35 mph creating blowing snow and dangerous wind chills...
Tonight: Clearing and cold with diminishing winds. Near record low around 10 below Zero. Northwest wind decreasing to 10 to 20 mph.
