Danger Mouse

BitTorrent.

Hrm. I came across mention of BitTorrent on Slashdot and my curiosity was piqued. After doing a little research, I find myself even more interested.

In a lot of ways, BitTorrent is one of the niftiest P2P type applications I've seen. It's method of sharing bandwidth is very intelligent, and according to the article on slashdot where it's mentioned, it seems to be working pretty well.

For kicks, I installed it on one of my Debian box (apt-get install bittorrent), and I'm gonna play with it a little. ;-)

BitTorrent rules! I used it to get 3DMark2003 the day it came out, in about 20 minutes.
I *heart* BitTorrent. Been using it for a few months now to catch the TV shows that are on when I'm watching other things and can't watch both.
I do the same thing -- time shifting in the current age using Bittorrent
Wow, this sound really sweet. Do you know if it is better than giFT? I am installing BT right now, so I will see...(emerge bittorrent)
